Just spoken to my mate who runs an MOT Test Centre. He says windows do not come under the test.  Doors opening and closing are tested but if you'd welded them up, he would give an Advisory Notice, but would not fail the car.

As for the handling, it sounds like a visit to somone that can check and adjust the camber would answer a few questions.

Thanks for that   .....interesting......unless mot blokey claims sharp edges on the perspex....then it will fail....but edges are covered in tape  :-/

Should get new window tues/wed.....so prolly better waiting until then for mot
