Ok i was driving home from a short trip and the EM light came on for maybe 30 seconds then went off.

So i got home did a paper clip test but every time i did it i seem to come up with different codes im pretty sure that can't happen so it must be me reading them wrong so i have made a short video if someone would please watch and tell me the codes i would be very great full

12 - start of test
19 - crank sensor
129 - ??
73 - AFS
132 - (EGR) valve

I think they are correct

Its a 1997 2.5 v6 omega CDX

Hi, Smity.

Had a look at your video and agree with your codes.
The important one is the 19.
Change your crank sensor.

I've a 4 pot, but reading the V6 guys on here it would
appear that the 19 can sometimes throw up a false
MAF sensor code.

Don't know what a 129 fault is and the EGR fault may
be genuine or old.

So change the Crank Sensor, get your codes cleared,
and see what comes back.

Good write up in the 'how to' section for changing your sensor.
You can easily do it yourself. Don't forget to re-route the cabling
IAW the 'how to'.
