the 2.2 lump is bullet proof if  maintained well only real problem (not to common)is the injector seals when they go can cause starting problems not difficult to fix takes afew hours

i have the 2.2dti in a 2001 vectra cdx and it is some animal to go, i know the same engine in the megga isnt as quick but ive had no problems at all with the engine. oil changed every 5k of course.

not a shade on my chipped 2.5 td though [smiley=evil.gif] [smiley=evil.gif]


But nothing is bulletproof, just reliable.
