very positive response :)

the more the merrier!  Non Omega's welcome!

We would be able to flash your car if its a 2000+ model too for a discounted price!

:D

What does this do?

on Non-Omega's the ecu can be flashed with a new map, rather than have the chip replaced.

----------------

I'll get a list of dates sorted out and see whats what :)

Is that via the diagnostics port?

What gains for a 2.6?

Yes.

2.6's arent possibly due to no one being able to flash through tech 2, and no one bothered to write a software link for it.

ignore the site for now - that, as well as www.chipmycar.co.uk is currently under major review / redesign!

So which engines can be done by the port then?

For the Omega range, only the DTi.

most other post 2000 cars can be done via the diagnostic port.

I am in the process of trying to get one of the companies I deal with to get a look at an Omega with the 2.6 and 3.2 engines.
