heater matrix pipes

anybody out there know how to get the heater matrix pipes off as i have had the car 4 weeks and im ready to get rid as im sick of having no heat in the cabin, i have tried everything

thanks for the reply, i found it in the maintenance guide in the end and id looked there allready too
