Omega 2.2 cdx 2000
Is the alarm / immobiliser  thathcham rated - Trying to get it insured at a reasonable rate and this may make some difference if it is

I know that they are Thacham rated not sure which  :-[ Sorry.

I'd have thought your insurance company should know it's got a factory fitted alarm/immobiliser as standard.
Think its Thatcham 2 on the standard setup.

Agreed - I did not know that mine had a Thatcham approved system until Insurers advised the fact when I went looking for quotes on the Web.
Seems it's on a database somewhere!

Yes they are Thatcham rated as both exterior alarmed with engine immobilizer.  I think it is 1, but could be wrong on that!  :)  Lizzie Zoom
