Can any one help whats the best engine oil to use in my w reg 2.0 some say semi and some say fully synthetic oil the cars done around 125000 miles any help would be greatful

Vauxhall semi synth, changed every 3-5k. Costs less than a tenner to do oil and filter with genuine parts if you have access to tradeclub
