Right, I just checked.

The LT supply connects to:

Knock sensor screens and sensor.
Air temp sensor
Coolant temp sensor
EGR valve
Throttle pot
MAF

No wonder it wont start!

hi guys i got it up to operating temp and gave it a rev to 6000rpm but got no eml,

a dead short it is then by the looks of it

The LT sits on the screen of the knock sensor....so I am not surprised.

Might be worth checking the damage to see if you can seperate the wires out and get rid of the short....or remove the damaged section and re-join it.
