i used the 24mm sochet but no chance,...

It sounds like you are the victim of a heavy handed bugger!

I have seen these caps over tightened to many times!

Your only hope is to get a bigger bar on it and hope the base does not start to spin, if it does you need to hold it with some big grips or a good strap wrench.
