Petrol flap locked - Cant open it!
« on: 22 May 2008, 18:11:01 »

Hi people,

I have a little problem...

My fuel flap is locked!

It jammed before but I pulled the rod thing as per the manual and it moved and released the pin and let the flap open.

Today, i just happened to try and it open it and its locked. I thought ill lock the car, double lock and then unlock and might open as I had the car unlock while cleaning so thought it may have "timed out" and locked etc.

No luck. I opened the boot the tried to pull the rod, its stuck tight (hand tight) and wont budge. Now i need fuel badly, the computer is saying 25 mile but id rather now risk it etc.

Is there any advice you can give so I can re-fuel? lol
