has any one seen the omega b bodykit on ebay?
has anyone purchased it as does it fit well?
i really like the looks of it and want one for mine

funny that i wz looking at the same kit yesterday and wz wondering the same thing. I'll b watching this 2 c if any1 can give u an honest answer. Best off luck. If u decide 2 buy pm me and let me know what it is like cheers :y

I dont think it is too pricey, if you were to buy a full kit which was full bumpers you'd be looking at way more than double that i reckon...

looks nice

remember the following...

the car in the photo has had a full respray c. £2000
the car in the photo has headlamp styling thingies c. £70
the car in the photo has c. £700 worth of bad-ass-alloys

this makes the car as a whole look fantastic. the implication is that the fantastic look of the car is solely due to the bumper kits. this is not the case.

if you buy these kits, yes it will look nice but it wont look as good as the advert unless you spend the additional £2770 for the rest of the mods.

I would also give this piece of advice...

Don't make a car look red hot fast when your engine (2.0 16v) does not really have the horsepower to back up the looks. yer it's pokey enough but a stock saxo 1.4 8v is probably quicker to 60mph than your car. dolling up your car without improving performance (not to mention engine sound) will only lead to embarassment when it comes to the odd impromptu traffic-light dash  :y

True about the kits to a degree...

However, All that about increasing performance first is a load of rubbish!

It depends what YOU want YOUR car to be like... I do like quickish cars, however I know a lot of people who put looks BEFORE power, and they attend car shows (incuding PVS for the past few years)

Quite agree, and I think with the price of fuel and car taxation we will see far more people putting looks before performance in the future.

Just my useless opinion.

I have had 2x 2.0s - they are not that slow, drive them right and you can win the TLGP

cheers for the advice, its going to be used as a demo car for my mates company who is making s/s bits e.g strut braces, covers ect i'm after an irmscher backbox and also some miggy c elite alloys for it and also a drop in ride height too, so its going to be done as part of a package, as for performance i have a weekend toy for that, currently a rev1 mr2, but looking to sell and get yet another nova, so i'm not too fussed about the performance as long as she stops,handles well and looks right then thats fine for me, as at the end of the day its the family wagon ;)

No such thing I'm afraid ....  they are all Omega B's   either prefacelift, minifacelift or facelift
