performance chip

guys have a facelift 2.2i petrol can this be chipped or  can it be flashed with software to improve performance and economy.

Think only performance chipping, dont do much for economy

were would the best place to get it flashed be, for performance, I no you can get the chips on ebay but no nothing about flashing the ecu.
