hi everyone i need some help please...i have got problems....
firstly  the heater is not working it just blows out cold air.....
secondly   how do i replace bulbs  behind the dashboard...
thirdly..im having problems with the head lights ..are they sealed units as the reflicter has moved an inch away from the glass..can they be refitted..
   do anyone know anybody in the worcester area that can help.....

Heater - need to check that

a) Heater bypass valve has a vaccum when set to cold, and no vacc when set to hot. You can pull the pipe and see if you get heat, as a test.
b) Heater bypass valves pipes are correctly fitted (top pipe to top of matrix)

Dash - peice of cake, 10 minute job. Think there is a Guide.

At the moment I'm quite tied up with fixing my Omega, but I work in Gloucester. I'll happily take a look if you like.  :y

There is a -how to- in the maintenance guides,which shows how to remove the clocks from the dash,I would think that would help with the dash bulb replacement.Not too sure about the other probs ,but someone will probably post answers for you in the morning.
