front pad wear indicators

On the front of a Omega are these now in corperated into the pads or are they seperate?

1 on each side of the pre-facelifts and only one on the facelifts IIRC

2 ceramic sensors on the front only, they clip into the springs on the pads. They do not come with the pads. You may choose to have a word with your vx parts man and see if you can buy some and take them back if you dont need them, he may well do if you buy the pads there as well, they are probably best value anyway esp with trade club card.

The main issue is getting the  sensor out of the old pads without breaking them. I found tapping them out from the back with suitable diameter punch works best. Dont pull on the sensor they are ceramic and break easy.
