Bulb replacements

Hello, can anyone advise me on how I can get to the bulbs behind the air conditioning roundals without damage to the wood facia surround?  :( omeomy

Hello Alex. Do you mean one has to take out the whole panel just to put some bulbs in?  I was hopeful that the switches just had to turn a special way to get them out. I've looked in my Haynes Service and Repair Manual and all that actually say's is: Take out the complete wood effect panel - nothing about where replacement bulbs should be fitted. I just thought there was an easier way that some member may have come across. Oh, dear!  
It looks like I'll have to go to a Vauxhall Workshop @ about £19 a bulb!  Thanks anyway :-[  Omeomy

Don't get Vx to do it - they will charge you a bomb for labour + parts  (5 bulbs to change @ parts cost £3/bulb) - and will probably break something.

Follow the howto & do it yerself :y

Let us know how this project goes for you Nedenny - My panel is in complete darkness because of this daunting task to remove the darn panel. I Replaced the dash bulbs oh though! :y
