                 As i said i bought the non-transponder blank key from the Forum shop so no problem with the key .

   Jamie which one is the one without the little dome on the sunroof motor cover?

Without dome is RF, so key needs transponder.  Transponder needs programming to car, and this requires a Carpass (and a tech2!)

   Hi Jamie,
               I think i've got this Transponder/Non-Transponder key thing all wrong. You say that no dome is RF and so needs Transponder and Programming, well mine is RF then which means i should have a Transponder type key :-?.

  What does the chip look like when you open the key, if it's a small rectangular bit in the lower left space in the key looking at it with the blade to the left then it looks like i've got a Transponder key in which case i purchased the wrong key from the Forum shop .
