Trade Club woes

Just checked some of my bills this afternoon and rather than getting TC discount they have just been giving me 10% on everything. Phoned the dealer and the manager is away but the guy remembered me and said the manager said it was 10% and they are not aware of TC prices.

Any ideas on what to do? :-/

TC Card, will buy parts for members near by. V6 Camshaft locking kit can rent out to members at club rates.

Not all Vx dealers are members of the trade club system ....  :(

The TC site talks about "Local Trade Club Distributors" :(

I can't see this anywhere on the tc site... when i check out the Distributor Locator it finds no results for any location I choose  :-?

I'm guessing their database has a problem .. I'm getting no results either !! ... never used it before as I know where my local VX dealer is .. and he takes TC readily .. :)
