Metallic ticking noise from engine
« on: 22 November 2008, 21:53:13 »

RHS near top, noticable under load, been like it since the gate modification.

Originally thought it was just engine noise escaping through the gap.

Then it seemed to go away, now it is back - may have been there all the time, just got used to it and then realised still noisy.

Don't think it is a lifter.

No change after a recent oil change nor cam cover gasket change.

NOT an injector
