Hi All

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

New to the forum, but I know you guys can help.

Looking at buying my first Omega and considering a C.2000+ 2.2 CD/CDX.  What things should I look out for when viewing apart from the obvious.

Make sure all the dash lights work when you turn on ignition and that they all go out when started.
4 pots need coolant changeing to the schedule to protect the head gaskit, make sure thats been done and it will be fine. Belts 40k/4 years.

Pull a plug lead or 2 for oil in the plug wells if the breather pipe is blocked. Check for blocked scuttle drain,pollen filter hatch by tax disc, for water which can over flow into the cabin, not good for heater motor/carpets.
Check for any pulling while driving/un even tire wear/buggerd wishbones.
