I'm a clot and I have broken................

One of the pipes on the breather system on top of the plenum!!! >:(

Easy to replace or not??

Ok.....get the broken bit and cut the plastic so the broken section is squared off and roughen up the shaft of the connection slightly.

Now take the breather bridge and again, cut off the fractured piece of plastic so its flush with the main breather body.

You should now have the stump of the breather connection and the breather bridge.

Measure the diameter of the stump (I think its about 6mm but check).

Now open out the hole of the breather bridge where the stump has broken off from to this measured size to a depth of 5-6mm.

Insert the broken off stump into this hole usinga  little glue or better still, sone solvent weld around the shaft of the stump.

Leave to dry and jobs a good un

Had to do the same on one for a member here after somebody in the past had tried to epoxy it back on!
