« on: 14 February 2009, 23:06:24 »

Can anyone let me know if it's legal to fit a pair of 3" spot lights in or behind the grill :question.

Well Hella used to make grills with spot lights in for the Astra and the VW Golf etc so that should be ok.

Not sure about the fitting them behind grill though.

Thanks for the replies :).

The reason for fitting them is to supplement the main beam and have bought a wiring kit with a relay so as to have them come on with the main beam :).

Surely it'd make more sense to upgrade to projector units and decent Xenon bulbs (not Xenon HID's mind ::) ::))??
