Tried that Pete. They din't move straight away and I'm not risking making more work by rounding them out. :o

I carefully used Vicegrips/Molegrips on the outside edge of the screw, when I changed my Astra's. You could always cut a slot in the top with a hacksaw for a flat blade screw driver.

Couldn't see properly, it was actually a security torx bit. Sorted. :y
