poor starting and running
« on: 10 March 2009, 06:57:27 »

:'( Have changed rocker cover gaskets, cleaned out all breather pipes and throttle body and replaced throttle body gasket. Have even replaced plugs, but sometimes after starting engine is lumpy and no power when go to pull away in drive, sometimes even stalls. Sometimes when driving it seems underpowered also. If stop and turn off then restart seems ok for a while.
The emmisions light is still on constantly and want to get this sorted as mot is due soon and dont want it to fail on emmisions.
Has anyone any ideas as i have tried everything i know  :-[

Thanks for that Welung, any idea how i get in contact with him.
Picking up new breather pipes today to see if they make a diffrence. Took the plugs out last night and they were dry but seemed to be over rich mixture. Also have a water build up again in bottom of intake manifoldm. Have tried to take off the egr valve to clean but just cannot undo one of the torx bolts. Where could this water be coming from.
Anyone any ideas :-[
