A Huge Thank You
« on: 03 April 2009, 09:03:11 »

This forum has given me the know-how and confidence to do the following:
Replace cam cover gasket
Replave HBV
Replace radiator
Clean/Repair EGR Valve
Replace Exhaust Manifold Studs
Replace Head Gasket
Replace Cam Belt and do timing
Flush cooling system
Monitor ECU with "My Naff Code Reader"
In perspective, i am not a mechanic, never have been, i am an I.T Professional for the NHS, having never worked on cars before.
Whilst i could probably tot up how much money i have saved by not putting my car into a garage, you could never put a figure on the confidence level this forum has given me to keep my car going.
In essence, Thank you all, you're all stars, I am eternally grateful to you all.

Yes thank you, cured the misfire, still posts the error but doesn't light the EML so all is good.
I did a little how-to with photos too.
