EGR diapfram ?

Anyway you know what im talking about i hope ....where do/should the pipes go to from this ...it has a black one with a blue stripe what goes to some sort of switch near the bonnet switch and a clearish pipe that leads nowere is this right ????
also there is what looks like a small fuel filter near the power steering res with an elbow on that leads nowere ....shold this bee conected to the clearish pipe

The egrs with 2 pipes, one goes to vac actuagtor (black with blue strip if original), other is left free, its a drain.

The other bit you have found is the atmospheric pressure sensor, and yes, should be left open...
