Fog Lamps
« on: 26 May 2009, 12:30:49 »

I have a 2001 Elite and recently purchased from Halfords some Xenon bulbs to replace the rather dull existing fogs. However when I got the originals out of the socket they are nothing like my new ones. Have I wasted my money and does anyone have any ideas?

Hmmm didn't try to change those yet.
What bulbs did you buy? H1 H4 or H7?
Someone here will surely know the exact bulb type for fog lights

Front fogs are H1...take them back and replace for correct fitting, assuming you have receipt.

Sorry but I think I confused issue as didn,t look at the Facelift..mines a mini-facelift 1998/9 and it takes H1,s as standard ,although I have done a mod and they are now actually proper HID,s.
