fault code 89

the fault code 89 is showing when i do the paper clip test ,this if i am not mistaken means 02 sensor open circuit, the car is a 3.0 elite n reg, has anyone dealt with this problem successfully, and can help,any help ,or even a point in the right direction,would be appreciated--thanks JK

I assume this points to a faulty lambda sensor ?? :-?
