my parasol on rear glass window want to lift up
I hear only click from rear when pressing knob
any with same problem or how to repar?

Might be one of the arms bent or something jammed thats stopping it from moving. Have a look and get someone to push the button, try and help it up gently and watch your fingers.

as said, gently lift as someone presses button.

If you get it up, use a dry lubricant (eg ptfe spray) to lube the runners
