How to remote estate side panels ....

Hi,

Can anyone advise how to remove the estate side trim panels please.

There is one pictured on this ebay item - I just need to know how to remove as I want to fit my Bose Sub  :)

ive never done it myself but would imagine its mainly held by the luggage blind runners & a few clips & screws :-/

Plus the rear seat latch and glue, lots of glue.
