Car eml light has decided to shine for the first time.
Done paperclip test and code 98 has appeared. No other probs engine runs right to the limit not limited
to 4500rpm will this cause major damadge as I an 300 miles away from home on my hols
any advise please

Code 98 = Oxygen sensor, Open circuit, wiring break

Have a looksee mate - may be a wire broken or come off!

Well I was lol I'm now in torquay
started it from cold today runs fine but light still on
looks like I need to spend a bit of cash on it now :(

Lets hope I don't make it worse by drivin back to Lincoln on Friday with the pikey wagon behind me

I drove round in my vec for about 2 years with it on,never hurt anything. :P
