starting probs

hi just fitted another abs/ecu {really fiddley}everything went back ok went to start ignition lights came on but failed to start not even turning over noticed when locking it wont dead lock anyone with any ideas!!!

ABS ECu shouldn't stop it starting - car will start with abs ecu disconnected.  Check you haven't disturbed something - plugs at rear of battery perhaps?

checked all plugs all ok seems like immoboliser on!!

Try disconnecting the battery for a while to see if it will reset and also check you haven't blown any fuses :).

Silly question but have you checked that there is feed to the starter motor? (The fiddly wire) I had exactly the same problem and turned out the solenoid had gone. Also, is the EM light flashing or is it permenantly on?

hi noticed alarm light not lite checked all fuses all ok have had battery disconnected will alarm need resetting which is em light
