oil filter is passenger side  look down beside the bonnet alarm switch there is a how to in the guides.
fuel filter if you have problems unscrewing it undo the fuel lines and disconnect the housing you will find it easier ,probally been put on to tight,
sump plug just turning I think is some body as over tightened it in the past

Oil filter near PAS reservoir, good guide in Maintenence Guides section.

Sounds like the sump plug is stripped, sorry, really common on this engine - it is a BMW lump after all.

Not much point in replacing sump:

1) its a pig of a job
2) it will strip again - this is a BMW engine

Best thing is to helicoil it.  Mine got helicoiled by Marks DTM Calib (cheers Mark :y) with a spark plug helicoil, and I used a Pug M10 (from memory) sump plug

Fuel filter - just remove the complete assembly from the offside inner wing.
Then carefully grip the cast head in a vice or similar, and unscrew the filter from it. Use a strap-type oil filter wrench if it's really tight. I'd then fill the replacement filter with Comma Diesel Magic, before refitting. This'll give the system a good cleaning at the same time.

Follow TheBoy's advice on the oil filter and sump plug.
