Inlet Manifold

Just a question, should there be OIL at the Bottom of the inlet Manifold?
If not what is causing it to be there

Quite normal for a bit of gunk to filter through mate,had it with just about all my motors.

Not fresh oil no. Might be the rocker cover gaskets, or a leak on the oil cooler.

No mate,mine has always been dirty gunky oil. :y
