Speedo and revs not working

This is not on mine have a mate that has the omega but has just got a min facelift 2.5 tells me that the speedo and rev counter not working but the odmeter is. Any pointers that i can pass on to him as to what it could be

ABS & TC light on as well? If so ABS ECU naggered.

If not its going to be a fuse or the dash is not seated correctly, worth giving that a firm push

Hi Steve, has he moved the 'speedo dash' to do anything, ie replace bulbs, sounds like a bad connection to me, if so also check any fuses.

If rev counter as well....its not ABS ecu.....push the instrument panel in

I agree with MDTM - first port of call is to firmly press on speedo to reseat dash connector
