Evening people
                       Could someone please advice on servicing or cleaning cam follows on my v6, these are already out of the head, not to sure the best way and whats the best way to put back in.

got a feeling there is a guide on this, have a look in mintenance, sometimes also refered to as lifters.

Seem to remember something about them making a hell of a racket on first start up until the refill with oil...?
