dash removal on facelift?

hello again, need specific instructions on how to do this, need to get the loom out in one piece for my ncdc2011, already had a go but cant get where i need to be. it seems the only solution is to loosen the dash to pull it out a bit to get to the loom i want without damaging anything, please help, cheers, dave.
