Firefox 2.0.11 is OK here.
I notice we've got a news headline or two with 2 rows of Smilies.
Kevin
That is the reason I believe, but want to see what browsers it affects before removing...
Not sure but its the latest, whatever that is, but the page jumps everytime the the merry xmas comes up with the extra smiley at the end on the news bit.. Is there nothing that i can do as i aint able to read the forum.
What is resolution of your monitor, and is your browser maximised?
Seems ok now i have maximised the browser Jamie, strange, never did it before when browser not maximised, does that mean I need to maximise everytime.
I don't think its necessarily the smilies, but the length of that news item - the the news item becomes 'taller' than the OOF logo, you will get the jumping.
Easiest way to prevent it is to make you browser wider. We normally try to keep news items short enough to reduce chances of these problems....
