Done it! Managed to undo the cap with a very long breaker bar, with a mole-grip type filter wrench done up as hard as I could get it. Still had to push the bar with my feet whilst holding onto the wishbone mind, couldn't budge it with my arms at all!

15 Nm isn't very much at all though is it?  ;D
