Looks more like water to me. As previously mentioned, the engine factory came up with a solution to this one.

It's water, not oil. But still can't quite work out how it all got in there in the first place  :question

Gets under the camcover under the flat section between the raised sections over the cams. Factory solution was to put a bead of camcover sealant across this section.

Andy, Please tell; How do you manage to insert a photo

Right click your picture to get the properties that you posted  ie http :// s163.photobucket.c om/albums/t287 /Metrogone/?action=view&curre nt=DSC03104.jpg     (there's extra spaces in it now)

hightlight these propeties and then click the 3rd icon from the left (it's a picture in a frame) this will then wrap your pasted properties in img tags

so you'll get [ img ] http etc etc etc .jpg[ /img ]
(extra spaces again so it doesn't try to post a picture) and
VOILA!  :y
