Headlamp adjustment

omega failed mot on headlight alignment. garage said they tried to realign but adjustment screw not working. any thoughts on a fix other than buying a replacement headlamp

the plastic adjuster inside has broken, a common problem, but it's a fix that can be sorted by an ally adjuster that can be bought from a forum member .......  :-[ but I can't remember who  :-[
