Hi guys
Hair line crack in the exhaust manifold cleverly hidden under the heat shield! I only took off the heat shield to cofirm the cam cover gasket is leaking from the rear... which it is. Any ideas of the part numbers I need for this bad boy.. Cheers

Vauxhall will tell you which Gasket you need mate when you give them your Reg number

ask for your o rings too

Have you looked in the Parts For sale Section of the Forum to see if anyone has a 2.2 manifold? maybe worth a look perhaps Pm a few Breakers too

Not me though as I haven't got any

I`ve just been searching on-line and a seller on E-bay supplies the GM manifold and gaskets for £105. As my cars only 28K miles and one previous owner, I wasn`t expecting this sort of problem. A common fault, maybe?

not really sure what causes it, as we have 2 x 2.2's neither have had exhaust manifold issues, and mine is on 142k

I bought this for my 2.2 '03' plate
Mine had a hairline crack in the same place.

Proper GM part, it's the top one in the picture (without the extra holes) just check yours is the same. Good ebay seller give them a ring 0800 #, I did, paid over the phone. Next day delivery
