I saw Kill Bill 1 the other day & was a little disappointed. :(

Personally, I think most Tarantino films need to be watched a couple of times to get 'subtlety' of the storyline and to understand some of the relevance of the dialogue. On second or third viewing, you start to relate one part of the film to another. Not great if you like to see films at the cinema once only but great if you enjoy this genre.

I quite agree, I turned over after 20 minutes or so the first time it was on. Then I gave it another go and was impressed. After watching it with Quentin Tarantino's commentary as well it is now possibly my favourite film.

Like all his films, extremely violent but in a Tom and Jerry type of way.
