new job heater pipes.

can some one tell me how to remove the pipes off the heater rad as pic on site dont look same as mine two round plastic cliped together with no markings on them dont move at all??? thanks

top one is black and bottom one is white, no tool marks on them so never have been off. any one???

If you're talking about heater matrix - then pipes clamped to the matrix - with T30 screw IIRC - undo screw slide clamp out of way and pipes pull out easily.  Renew o-rings on pipes on refitting.

had a look at what you mean but nothing there, in way looks like the push on pull back connector but its pushed in had mate look at garage and he has no idea how to get them off showed me on his and came off easy on his but mine is dif and dont move at all, thinking of cutting the pipes off in middle and rejoining after with copper joint.

So you're saying that your pipe connections don't look like the ones in this guide?

I'm assuming you mean the connections on the engine side of the firewall, not the ones to the matrix itself deep in the driver's footwell?

not like that pic at all, can see metal pipe at end of plastic going in side, the hole looks like the (fire wall) is big enuf for the pipes to be pulled through the two holes, so dont know if when installed the pipes were on and just pushed through the holes to the engine. :-?
