Idle control valve is normally the problem on 2.0, if its been changed check it again, also carb clean all the inlet butterfly area and check / clean the breather system. unless its missing, different problem.

have you clean'd out the air flow pipe from the top of the head breather pipe, will need to take off the intake off and undo the bolt where the pipe gose into the bottom part, then when all clean'd out put a cheap fuel filter in line from it to stop it blocking up again. follow the red.

If the tiny jet at the manifold end isn't completely blocked, this may work, as the carb cleaner will get through, and may dissolve some of the crud on the way.  If it is completely blocked, I can't see it helping.

It is possible to clear that jet without removing it from the car, but it's a fiddly, awkward job.  Remove throttle-body completely, remove small breather hose from jet assembly, then very patiently and carefully, prod from both sides with something no bigger than 1.6mm diameter until it comes out completely clean, and passes through the jet easily.

This won't be as thorough as removing the jet and cleaning it, but may be enough to solve the problem until it clogs up again.

best to take it off, undo the cable and wires to throttle sensor and idler, undo the 4 10mil nuts and push to side there is enuf gap to get spanner in to undo the bolt then, when refiting use blue sealer on the housing ,15-20min job to do, bit of strong wire to clean the hole out. air pipes off aswell:y
