3.2 won't Idle
« on: 24 September 2010, 15:42:52 »

Hi I've a 3.2 auto with lpg, at first it was going really lumpy untill it warmed up. now it won't idle or take the throttle much.. sometimes it will rev to about 4000 but doesnt sound good, and sometimes it won't rev at all and it will stall. I put it on the computer and got the code:

P0650 (4) malfunction indicator control circuit open (mi)

and sometimes codes for misfires on the cylinders, I changed both coil packs and there was no oil in the plug wells, the car has still got the same faults, can anyone help?

Had similar, although not as bad, when the vacuum pipe t fell of the vac pipe to servo, lumpy, wanted to stall. So a search for a vac leak might prove useful. But live data worth a look if available as master says.

Presume code is mil light fault/ bulb missing or blown? Would be lit on dash otherwise?
