Omega 2.5TD warm starting problems

Suffering badly with this problem on my 1998 Elite Auto Est. I remember reading about a fix which caused the glowplugs to reheat even when warm. I cannot find the original article here now.

Any help or pointers to a solution would be much appreciated.
