« on: 06 December 2010, 16:07:34 »

Changed the coolant  all fine, but how long should i run the car with  the cap off the coolant bottel with the heat on hi to make sure all the air is out of the system.

I always carry some antifreeze for a day or 2 after I've done cooling system work, just in case...

Hello Steve, good to see you still have the Omega, is your 'son' ok.
Fill and bleed the system as best you can, then run for a few hours, top up when required.
best regards
