3.0 v6 exhausts from cat back
« on: 25 January 2011, 01:49:50 »

i reciently had to replace the exhausts from the 2 cats back to exit on my 1995 3.0 v6, i got a stainless steel powerflow system that takes the pipes from the cats to one pipe then to a back box for £200 so i snapped it up as new system was going to be far too dear. but with the car being an auto i just feel its too noisy for me, althought it does sound good when yer giving it some accelleration, so i am looking so see if anyone has the exhaust pipes in good condition and a rear siliencer for either 3.0 v6 or 2.5 v6 as both of them i believe would fit, so i can put them on the car and then sell the powerflow system. i needed to replace the exhaust for mot but i now feel a standard one would benitit the car more to try and keep it original as it really is in good condition for a 1996 car with 72,000 miles on it. i am near glasgow so if anyone is near enough and has a car breaking i would appreciate if you could let me know.

If you put a wanted in the test area one of the Admins may move it to the right place mate, but you wont be able to sell your exhaust on here until 250 post count is reached I'm afraid.
Hope that helps ya  :y

I've just had a look on their website and it shows no listing for the facelift model?

Are the pre-facelift exhausts the same as the facelifts?

The 2.5 system fits the 3.0

So I went for this:

Central Silencer
Central Silencer
Rear Silencer

That lot cost me £119 delivered.  :y :y

I have booked the car in the local garage for the 7th Feb to fit the ordered 2.5 eternalcar exhausts to my 2.6. I will post details of any problems.
