my omega rev's up then down at tick over

help!
my omega rev's up then down,can any one point my in the right direction as why and how to fix this problem?
so far I have fitted a new idle valve.

ive got the same thing. apparently i need to clean my ICV :D :D

If you have replaced the ICV then I would think that you have an air leak somewhere

Are you sure you have put everything back properly, double check mate  :y

Get a can of carb cleaner, let engine idle & spray said cleaner around the vac pipes, if engine note changes you`ve found an air leak.
