Handy bit of knowledge to have, Iv'e just been into Southport theres loads of double yellows in the town centre that are uninforcable

Don't suppose any of you have came across red line routes, do they only have them in London? Have been caught out once on them, thought I was legal on a side street, but got a fine.

I've been trying to pay my penalty charge for the bus lane incident, when i try over the phone the computer does'nt or can't find the PCN ticket so can't pay it, likewise cannot get onot to their website to pay either, what a bummer well it will be by end of next week, as after that will go up to 100 buckaroos
